My customers hate talking to robots.
So do we. Texts go out under your business name, and the first one says it's an automated assistant. Anyone who wants a person gets your team, with a summary of what they already said.
Will it say something dumb under my name?
You approve the scripts and rules before launch, and the assistant is set up to stick to booking questions. Prices, quotes and anything unusual go to your team.
Is this AI?
Yes, for the texting. An AI assistant writes and answers the texts within rules you approve. A person on your team gets every hand-off, and a person on our team reviews the conversations.
What about a lead that comes in at 10 p.m.?
Texts only go out during the hours allowed where the lead lives. For an eligible late lead, the assistant is set up to send the first text when those hours open.
My leads are junk anyway.
Some will be. We can't fix lead quality. We set it up to follow up with every eligible lead quickly, and the weekly report shows which sources book and show, so you know where to cut spend.
What runs it? I already have a CRM.
We build it on GoHighLevel and run it for you. Tell us your CRM on the call and we'll confirm in writing what connects.
What do you need from me?
- access to your lead sources and calendar
- who gets the hand-offs
- a 30-minute kickoff
- your approval on the texts
- a consent line on your forms
It's built in about 7 days after we have access, plus carrier approval for your texting number.
Why $999 when software is cheaper?
Software is cheaper if you have time to set it up and run it. You're paying us to build it, watch it, fix it and report every week. If you'd rather do it yourself, software is the better buy.
Is there a contract or a guarantee?
The pilot is paid up front and renews every 4 weeks until you cancel. The yearly plan is paid up front and renews yearly until you cancel. No refunds, apart from the exceptions in our terms, and no guarantee of results. You see a working demo before you pay.
How do I cancel?
Is the texting legal?
We add consent wording to your forms, register your texting number with the carriers, say it's automated, honor STOP and keep to allowed hours. Leads that can't show consent to texts don't get texted. Rules vary by state and by industry, so have your own lawyer look at the consent wording.
