Terms of Service
How you agree
You accept these terms, our Refund and Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy when you tick the box saying you agree and then click the pay button at checkout, or sign an order form or invoice that refers to them. We send a copy of what you agreed to by email. Simply browsing this website doesn't make you agree to these terms.
Business customers only
We sell only to businesses. By buying, you confirm that you're buying for a business, not for personal, family or household use, and that you have authority to agree to these terms for it.
The service
We set up and run AI agents for your ads, social media, video editing, outreach and content, inside your own accounts. A person on our team reviews agent work, and you approve it or set rules for what can run on its own. Platforms covered: your Meta and Google ad accounts, LinkedIn and your email inbox. Whether content and SEO work is part of your plan, and any other platform or channel, is agreed in writing on the call or in your proposal.
Use of AI
Drafts are generated by AI and then reviewed by a person on our team. AI output can contain mistakes. You review and approve what goes live, or set the rules for actions that can run without your sign-off, and you're responsible for content you approve or allow to run under your rules. Where a platform or a law requires AI-made content or automated accounts to be labeled, such as California's bot disclosure law, we set agents up to follow it and tell you what's needed.
Getting started
You give us access through each platform's own access settings. Our standard is to have your agents live within 7 days of the day we have all the access we need. If we miss that for reasons within our control, tell us and we'll add the days missed to the end of your first cycle at no charge. Delays caused by missing access or by a platform's own review don't count.
Plans and pricing
| Plan | Price | Billing and renewal |
|---|---|---|
| Pilot | $999 | Paid upfront for the first 4 weeks. Then continues automatically as month to month at $999 every 4 weeks until you cancel. |
| Month to month | $999 every 4 weeks | Charged automatically at the start of each 4-week cycle (13 cycles a year) until you cancel. |
| Yearly | $10,101 upfront ($777 every 4 weeks) | Paid once for 13 four-week cycles (52 weeks). Starts once the full payment is made. No pilot needed. Then renews automatically for another 13 four-week cycles (52 weeks) at $10,101, or at the new yearly price we email you 7 to 30 days before it applies, until you cancel. |
Prices are in US dollars. There's no setup fee on the pilot, month-to-month or yearly plan. Prices exclude taxes where they apply. Ad spend is extra and paid to the ad platforms directly.
Price changes: we'll email you between 7 and 30 days before a new month-to-month price takes effect, with a link to cancel. The yearly price is fixed for the year you paid for. If it will change at your next renewal, we'll email you the new price between 7 and 30 days before the renewal, in the renewal reminder, with a link to cancel.
Done for you
Done for you is a separate service where our team runs your marketing for you. It has no set public price. After a call, we send a written proposal that sets out the scope, the price, how and when you pay, the term, and how renewal and cancellation work. Nothing is charged until you accept the proposal in writing.
These terms apply to done-for-you work as well. If the proposal says something different from these terms, the proposal applies for that engagement. Where the proposal doesn't cover something, these terms and our Refund and Cancellation Policy apply.
Renewal and cancellation
Pilot and month to month: cancel anytime before your next 4-week cycle starts, with our online cancellation form (also linked as Cancel a plan in our website footer), our ready-made cancellation email or any email to hello@revenueadvisors.co. You don't need to give a reason or call anyone. You won't be billed again, and your current cycle runs to the end. Once a year we email you a reminder of your plan, its price and how to cancel.
Yearly: at the end of each 52-week year, the plan renews automatically for another 13 four-week cycles and we charge $10,101, or the new yearly price we emailed you, on the renewal date, until you cancel. Between 15 and 30 days before each renewal date we email you a reminder with the renewal date, the price, how often you'll be charged and how to cancel. Where a state's law requires the reminder by post, we send it that way too.
You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, online with our online cancellation form, with our ready-made cancellation email or by any email to hello@revenueadvisors.co. There's no notice period: a cancellation that reaches us at any time before the renewal date stops the renewal. The online form confirms it on screen straight away; for email, we confirm within one business day. Cancelling during a year stops the renewal; the year you've paid for runs to the end and isn't refunded, except as set out under Refunds.
Full details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Refunds
Payments aren't refundable. That covers the pilot, month-to-month cycles and the yearly plan, including time left in a cycle or year after you cancel. The exceptions:
- We end the service or can't deliver: if we end the service without cause, or can't provide it for reasons within our control, we refund any full 4-week cycles you've paid for and that haven't started.
- Right after a yearly renewal: if you cancel within 30 days after a yearly renewal charge, we refund the renewal charge minus $777 for each 4-week cycle of the new year that has started, and the service ends at the end of the cycle in progress.
- Missed reminder: if we didn't send the renewal reminder between 15 and 30 days before the renewal date, the renewal doesn't bind you. You can cancel at any time during that renewed year: we refund the full renewal charge if you cancel within 30 days of it, and the unstarted 4-week cycles after that.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Nothing in these terms limits a refund the law requires.
No guarantee of results
We don't guarantee leads, sales, revenue, return on ad spend or any other result. Results depend on your offer, budget, market and platform changes outside our control. Examples on our website show what agents are set up to do, not client results. We commit to doing the setup, oversight and reporting described for your plan.
Your responsibilities
- Give and keep the account access we need, and tell us about changes.
- Pay ad spend and platform fees directly to the platforms.
- Make sure your products, offers and the claims you approve are lawful and true, and that you have the rights to material you give us.
- Follow each platform's rules and the laws that apply to your marketing, including privacy, email, calling and text-message consent rules for your own contacts.
- Respond to approval requests; work waiting on your approval won't go live.
Ownership
Your accounts, data and the content we make for you are yours once paid for. We keep ownership of our own tools, agent setups, prompts, processes and know-how, and you get the right to use them as part of the service while you're a client.
Confidentiality and data
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to provide the service. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We sign a data processing agreement on request.
Third-party platforms
Agents work inside platforms we don't control, such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Cal.com. Their outages, policy changes, account restrictions or charges aren't our responsibility, though we'll help you deal with them.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
Except as stated in these terms, the service is provided "as is", without other warranties. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data. Each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits don't apply to your payment obligations, to either party's indemnity obligations, or to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or anything else the law doesn't allow to be limited.
Indemnity
You will defend and cover us against third-party claims arising from content or claims you approve or allow to run under your rules, materials you provide, your products and offers, or your breach of these terms or the law. We will defend and cover you against third-party claims that our own tools or materials, as we provide them, infringe someone's intellectual property, or that arise from our gross negligence or willful misconduct. The party asking for cover must tell the other promptly, let it control the defense, and cooperate.
Ending the service
Either party can end the service as described under Renewal and cancellation. We may suspend or end the service if you don't pay, breach these terms, or ask us to do something unlawful or against platform rules. When the service ends, we remove our access to your accounts.
Disputes, arbitration and class action waiver
Talk first. Before starting a formal dispute, email the other party a short description of the problem. We'll both try to resolve it in good faith for 30 days.
Binding arbitration. If it isn't resolved, any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be decided by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before one arbitrator, seated in Sheridan County, Wyoming. Hearings will be held by video, or decided on documents alone where the rules allow, unless the arbitrator decides an in-person hearing is needed; neither party has to travel for a video hearing. Each party pays its own lawyers unless the arbitrator decides otherwise under the rules or the law. The arbitrator decides questions about whether a dispute must be arbitrated. Judgment on the award can be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. Each party brings claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator can't combine claims of different customers. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim goes to court, not to class arbitration, and the rest of this section still applies.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may ask a court for an urgent order to protect confidential information or intellectual property.
Courts and jury waiver. Anything that goes to court will be heard in the state courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, and both parties waive a jury trial to the extent the law allows.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the Federal Arbitration Act. This doesn't take away any protection the law of your own state gives you that can't be waived by contract, such as automatic-renewal rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and email current clients at least 30 days before changes take effect for them. Changes apply to month-to-month clients from their next cycle after that notice, and to yearly clients from their next term, unless the law requires a change sooner. If you don't want the new terms, cancel before they take effect. Changes to the Disputes section never apply to a dispute already started.
General
These terms, your order and the policies they link to are the whole agreement about the service. If a court or arbitrator finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. We can't assign these terms except to a buyer of our business; neither can you without our written consent. Notices go by email to the address on your account and to us at hello@revenueadvisors.co.
