Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Revenue Advisors (revenueadvisors.co, "we", "us") collects through this website, our booking page and our services, and what we do with it. We apply California's privacy rules to everyone who visits, whether or not a law requires it for a business our size.

Notice at Collection

This is what we collect, why, and for how long. We don't sell personal information and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don't collect sensitive personal information through this site.

Who we are

Revenue Advisors runs AI agents for business clients' ads, social media, video, outreach and content, and a person on our team reviews the work. We sell only to businesses, not to consumers.

What we collect

When you visit this website

Your cookie choice, stored in your own browser.
Basic technical data our hosting provider records automatically: IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept up to 30 days for security. Hosting provider: Cloudflare.
Only if you accept analytics, and only once we've switched these tools on: page views and clicks through Google Analytics 4 (loaded by Google Tag Manager), PostHog and Cloudflare Web Analytics. See Analytics and advertising tools.

When you book a call

Booking happens on Cal.com, which you reach by a link; we don't embed it on our pages. You give your name, email address, time zone and answers to our booking questions. Calls are recorded and transcribed for notes and quality. You can ask us not to record. We also say so at the start of every call. See Call recordings.

When you email us

Your email address, name and whatever you include in your message.

When you become a client

Contact and billing details. Payments are handled by Stripe: cards for every plan, and ACH bank transfer for the yearly plan. We don't store full card or bank account numbers.
Access to your ad, social, email and other accounts that you grant through each platform's own access settings.
Business information and content in those accounts, such as ads, posts, messages, audiences, call notes and footage you send us. This can include personal information about your own customers and prospects.
Your approvals, instructions and messages to our team, and a record of the terms you agreed to.

How we use it

To reply to you, run booked calls, and record and transcribe them unless you ask us not to.
To provide the service: set up and run AI agents, have a person review their work, and report to you.
To bill you and keep business records.
To understand how the site is used, if you accept analytics.
To measure ads, if you accept ads and we have turned on an ad tool.
To keep our systems secure and prevent misuse.
To meet legal obligations.

We don't use client account data or your customers' data to market our own services, and we don't sell it. We don't send marketing text messages or make marketing calls to people who visit this website.

Analytics and advertising tools

We may use the tools below. The analytics tools aren't switched on today; when they are, none of them loads until you choose. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, none of them load at all.

Google Tag Manager (Google LLC). A container that loads Google Analytics and, if enabled, ad tags, according to your choices. It uses Google Consent Mode: every Google storage setting starts as "denied" and changes only when you accept. Google Tag Manager itself doesn't load until you accept analytics or ads.
Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), analytics. Page views, clicks and the booking button, with a random ID. IP addresses aren't stored by Google Analytics 4. Google acts as our service provider under its data processing terms. Data kept 14 months.
PostHog (PostHog, Inc.), analytics, loaded directly, not through Google Tag Manager. Page views and clicks under a random ID. It doesn't record form inputs, page text or element attributes, and session recording is turned off. Data is stored in PostHog's US cloud. PostHog is our processor and service provider under its data processing agreement. We keep this data for as long as PostHog's plan allows and never longer than 12 months; after that we delete it or keep only aggregated counts. You can also opt out through PostHog's own controls by rejecting analytics here, which stops it and deletes its browser storage.
Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.), analytics. Counts visits and page speed without cookies or a visitor ID. Cloudflare is our service provider.
Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and X Pixel, ads, only if enabled. They are off today. We turn one on only for an approved ad test, and only for visitors who accept ads. When on, they tell the ad platform that a visit or booking came from an ad, and the platform may use it to show you ads; each platform is then an independent business under its own privacy policy, and using them could count as "sharing" under California law. That's why they need your opt-in and stay off whenever your browser sends Global Privacy Control.

We don't use session recording, heatmaps or any tool that captures what you type.

Call recordings

We record and transcribe our sales calls, including the 30-minute call you book on Cal.com. We say so at the start of every call. California and some other states require everyone on a call to agree before it's recorded, so if you, or anyone else on the call, would rather not be recorded, say so before or during the call, or email hello@revenueadvisors.co beforehand. We'll leave recording off and take notes by hand. Saying no doesn't change anything else about the call.

What: the audio of the call and a written transcript.
Why: so we have accurate notes, can follow up on what we discussed, and can check the quality of our calls.
Who processes it: our call recording and transcription provider, as our service provider under contract. Only our team can access the recordings.
How long: the same as your contact details: 24 months after our last contact if you don't become a client. For clients, recordings are deleted with other client data after the service ends. You can ask us to delete a recording sooner.

We don't sell recordings or transcripts, and we don't use them to advertise to you.

AI processing

Our service uses AI models to draft ads, posts, replies, video edits and content from information in your accounts and the material you give us. That information is sent to the AI model providers we use, only so we can deliver the service to you. Where a provider offers a setting or plan that keeps customer data out of model training, we choose it. A person on our team reviews agent work before it reaches you. AI model providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI (Grok), Google (Gemini), and other models we reach through OpenRouter.

We share personal information only with:

Service providers that work for us under contract: Cal.com (booking), Google (Tag Manager and Analytics), PostHog and Cloudflare (analytics), our hosting, database and email providers (Cloudflare (website hosting, DNS and web analytics), Neon (our database) and Resend (account and service emails sent from mail.revenueadvisors.co)), our payment processor (Stripe), our call recording and transcription provider, and our AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI (Grok), Google (Gemini), and other models we reach through OpenRouter).
Ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X), only if you accept ads and we have turned that tool on.
The platforms you connect, such as Meta, Google and LinkedIn, when our agents act in your accounts on your instructions.
Professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it.
A buyer or successor if the business is sold or merged.

We don't sell personal information. We don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you opt in to ads and we have an ad tool on.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honor both. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, PostHog, Cloudflare Web Analytics and all ad tools stay off, and you can't switch them on by mistake from our banner. We don't allow other companies to collect information about your activity across other websites through our site, except the ad tools listed above if you opt in.

Your privacy choices

Analytics and ads: use Cookie settings in the footer of any page to accept, reject or change your choice at any time. Rejecting stops the tools and deletes their storage in your browser.
Browser signals: Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are honored automatically.
Your information: email us to see, correct or delete what we hold (see below).
Marketing email: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and we act on it within 10 business days.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as the table in our Notice at Collection says. Client data is deleted or returned within 30 days after the service ends and removed from backups within 90 days, except billing records (7 years) and agreement records (3 years after the agreement ends).

Where your data is stored

We store data in the United States. This website runs on Cloudflare, and our database is Neon Postgres, hosted in Amazon Web Services' us-east-1 region in the United States. The analytics, booking, payment, email, recording and AI providers named above may process data in the United States and other countries under their own safeguards.

Security

We use access controls, platform-level permissions instead of shared passwords, and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Residents of the EU and UK also have rights to object, restrict processing and complain to their data protection authority. We offer these rights to everyone.

To use any of them, email hello@revenueadvisors.co. We'll confirm within 10 business days, may need to verify your identity, and will answer within 45 days. You can appeal by replying to our answer. You can use an authorized agent. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.

Visitors from the EU and UK

Where EU or UK law applies, we rely on these legal bases: taking steps you ask for before a contract and performing the contract (bookings and services), our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, consent (analytics and ads), and legal obligations. If information is transferred outside the EU or UK, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.

Client data we process for you

When we work inside your accounts, we process your customers' and prospects' information on your behalf and on your instructions. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis and giving your own privacy notices. We sign a data processing agreement with any client who asks; email hello@revenueadvisors.co.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and aren't directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the EU and UK). We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact

We'll post any changes here and update the effective date at the top. For material changes, we'll also email clients at least 30 days before they take effect, and we won't use information already collected in a materially different way without your consent.
